Products and Availability
All fish and seafood products sold through this website are fresh, perishable goods.
While we make every effort to keep information accurate, product availability, weights, and prices may vary depending on catch, season, or market supply.

Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or another verified payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Free local delivery is available within our Cornwall delivery area. Delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales costs £15 and is free on orders over £165. Availability and delivery dates depend on seasonal catches and supply. Someone must be available to receive fresh seafood, which must not be left unattended. Customers should refrigerate products promptly and follow all storage and use-by information supplied.
Delivery
Free local delivery is available within our Cornwall delivery area.
Delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales costs £15 and is free on orders over £165.
Delivery availability and dates depend on the delivery postcode, seasonal catches and supply. Preferred delivery dates are requests and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Orders are transported chilled using refrigerated transport and/or suitable insulated packaging, as appropriate. Someone must be available to receive the order because fresh seafood must not be left unattended.
Customers must refrigerate products promptly and follow all storage and use-by information supplied. Responsibility for correct storage passes to the customer after delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Complaints
Fresh seafood is perishable and liable to deteriorate rapidly, so the usual statutory right to cancel a distance-sale order will not normally apply.
This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
Please inspect your order promptly and contact hello@scbfish.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the product and packaging. Reporting within 24 hours helps us investigate a perishable-goods complaint, but it does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
Where legally required, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for loss caused by a customer’s failure to receive, refrigerate or store products correctly after delivery. We do not exclude responsibility for goods that are unsafe, damaged or not as described.
Supplier and Fulfilment
SCB Fish Ltd is the seller responsible for your order and your statutory consumer rights.
Matthew Stevens & Son Ltd supports sourcing, preparation, packing and certain fulfilment activities on our behalf.
This arrangement does not reduce SCB Fish Ltd’s responsibilities to customers under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
We handle customer data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal information is used only to process orders, manage deliveries, and provide support.
