Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or another verified payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Free local delivery is available within our Cornwall delivery area. Delivery to eligible addresses in England and Wales costs £15 and is free on orders over £165. Availability and delivery dates depend on seasonal catches and supply. Someone must be available to receive fresh seafood, which must not be left unattended. Customers should refrigerate products promptly and follow all storage and use-by information supplied.
Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Matthew Stevens & Son Ltd using refrigerated vans to ensure correct temperature and food safety.
We currently offer free delivery across Cornwall.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the arranged time, as fish cannot be left unattended for food safety reasons.
Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility for correct storage passes to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except where goods are damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact hello@scbfish.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.
Refunds or replacements will be offered where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for loss caused by a customer’s failure to receive, refrigerate or store products correctly after delivery. We do not exclude responsibility for goods that are unsafe, damaged or not as described.
Limitation of Liability
SCB Fish Ltd acts solely as a reseller.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from handling, temperature control, or delays once products leave our supplier.
We accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect storage, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy and Data Protection
We handle customer data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal information is used only to process orders, manage deliveries, and provide support.
