Delivery
Deliveries are handled by Matthew Stevens & Son Ltd using refrigerated vans to ensure correct temperature and food safety.
We currently offer free delivery across Cornwall.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the arranged time, as fish cannot be left unattended for food safety reasons.
Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility for correct storage passes to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except where goods are damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact hello@scbfish.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.
Refunds or replacements will be offered where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from handling, temperature control, or delays once products leave our supplier.
