All products are fresh, perishable food items, supplied by Matthew Stevens & Son Ltd under UK food safety regulations. Deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles to maintain correct temperatures and food hygiene standards.
Once delivery has been completed and accepted, responsibility for storage and handling passes to the customer.
Because of the perishable nature of fresh fish, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except where goods are damaged, unsafe, or not as described in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
