Delicate, sweet and beautifully tender, our whole Lemon Sole is one of the finest flatfish available from the Cornish coast. Despite its name, Lemon Sole isn't related to lemons. It gets its name from the French word limande, and is prized for its mild flavour and fine, flaky white flesh.

Each pack contains 4 whole Lemon Sole, individually weighing approximately 200-360g, making them perfect for roasting, grilling, pan-frying or baking whole with butter, garlic and fresh herbs.

Cooking Suggestions

Simply season with sea salt and black pepper, add a knob of butter, fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon, then bake for 15-20 minutes. Delicious served with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables or a fresh salad.
