Quick Cooking Guide

Lemon Butter Haddock (10 Minutes)
 

Ingredients:
• 2 haddock fillets
• 1 tbsp butter
• Juice of half a lemon
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh parsley (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Add haddock and cook 3–4 minutes on each side.

  3. Add lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.

  4. Finish with parsley if using.

Two Simple Recipes

Oven-Baked Herb Haddock
 

Ingredients:
• 2 haddock fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• Salt and pepper

 

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 190°C.

  2. Place haddock on a baking tray.

  3. Drizzle with oil and lemon.

  4. Add herbs, salt and pepper.

  5. Bake 12–15 minutes.

Haddock in Creamy White Wine Sauce
 

Ingredients:
• 2 haddock fillets
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 small shallot (or 1/4 onion), finely chopped
• 50 ml white wine
• 100 ml cream or crème fraîche
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper

 

Method:

  1. Melt butter in a pan and cook shallot until soft.

  2. Add white wine and simmer 1 minute.

  3. Stir in cream and lemon juice.

  4. Add haddock, cover and cook 6–8 minutes on low heat.

  5. Season and top with fresh parsley.

Please remove all fish from the packaging before cooking. This product contains fresh, natural pieces of fish and may contain small bones despite being prepared with care. Always check before serving. Keep refrigerated and cook within the recommended time frame for best quality.

• Store below 4°C
• Use within 2–3 days

Freezer:
• Portion the side and wrap tightly
• Freeze up to 3 months
• Defrost in fridge overnight
